The customer's need, as well as the reason for contacting Extreme Automation, was to monitor and optimize its production process. The goal was clear: to increase production based on the available time, the volume of the production order and the stress of the machine.
The customer had no idea of the inefficiencies present in the plant and wanted to carry out an in-depth analysis to identify downtime, the main causes of the problems encountered on the line and the subsequent improvement of the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
